What to Expect during your first Appointment

We strive to have your patient experience be one that not only improves your health but also brings piece of mind from understanding what your insurance will cover and what your out of pocket expenses will be.

What to Expect (on you First Visit)

• Brief Paper Work: A questionnaire to identify your general information and health needs. Forms online.
• Consultation and History:  The doctor will confirm your information, then ask you questions regarding your current health concerns as well as exploration of your health history and finally discuss your treatment options.
• Possible Examination: The doctor may run specific tests and examinations (X-rays or blood work) based on the information provided, to determine the extent and location of your problems.
• Scheduling: We will help you to schedule a follow up appointment(s) conveniently around your schedule. Generally, new patients are seen within 1-2 days. At that time, you will be provided with a complete Report of Findings as well as treatment options, care, and at-home instructions.
